When I initially inquired, was told it could be shortened, this is not correct. It hung too low to use. Some screw holes had small rubber o-rings and some did not. The hole without the o-rings don't tighten, so the fixture is loose and does not hold its shape. It's now sitting in a box in my basement, wasted money!
