Great product and customer service

Light arrived missing a key part! I messaged Ecd 10 times and got 1 reply. Then I never heard another work from them. So Frustrating! I now have to reschedule - at extra cost - the electrician to come back. However, upon elevating this to Etsy - they immediately did the right thing and gave me a refund.

Gorgeous and unique pendant light in beautiful light amber color. Will use two for kitchen island.

It was not what I expected.

Definitely recommend this light shop. The light fixture looks just as pictured on the listing and the customer service was great! Very friendly.
